Wait, don’t freak out! Our original salsiccia isn’t going anywhere!
However, we are adapting our family recipe to give our customers a variety of homemade sausage options.
With over fifty years of practice in preparing DiGregorio’s original homemade salsiccia, we have perfected a consistency and rhythm that allows us to always have fresh salsiccia links, bulk salsiccia, and luganiga breakfast sausage in the meat case. In this time, we have had the ability to get creative and experiment with our famous family recipe to adapt and develop over fifteen new sausage and brat recipes. Of course, never wavering from the quality of ingredients and care that are put into our original formula. Just like our distinguished salsiccia, every new product is an original recipe we have practiced and perfected before introducing it to our customers! We know we have a legacy and quality to uphold for our customers, and we promise to continue these elements into our new sausage features.
From a simple white wine sausage to an apple, cheddar, bacon beer brat combination, the diversity in our sausage case is incredible. With such an array of choices, we hope our customers will find a new salsiccia that speaks to their taste buds, and reminds them that sometimes, change is good.
As summer is fast approaching, we also know that our customers are bringing out their grills from hibernation, and beginning to look for new entrees to implement into their weekly dinners. Our Chicken Salsiccia with Spinach and Feta is a great option for something much different than the original, or our Parsley and Caciocavallo Salsiccia is sure to be a distinctly new flavor added to your dinners!
